Built in 1981, 45 Mitchell St is a five-level office building with a basement car park in the Darwin CBD.  

The landmark property is next on our list for rectification works as part of AIG’s asset redevelopment strategy, endorsed by the Board in 2022. This year, we undertook a feasibility study with our partner Louw Group. This study included costings and concept plans for the refurbishment, which will transform the building into a premier office space for future tenants.

Set to commence in 2025, the new concepts are exceptional.
