In 2014 the Bagala Aboriginal Corporation (BAC) built the Sybil Ranch accommodation in Barunga for visiting contractors and government employees. 

In 2020/21 AIG secured funding through the NLC stimulus funding to expand the ranch with stand-alone one and two bedroom units. 

AIG project-managed the build on behalf of BAC.
