Property management
Our property portfolio of commercial and residential properties enables us to operate using our unique self funded model.
The rent that comes from these properties is the lifeline of AIG. Without them, our model could not exist.
We have a skilled property management team that manages these precious assets and we direct substantial energy and time into ensuring we get the best returns possible.
In 2024, we were excited to complete the first building redevelopment as part of our asset regeneration plan, 29 Katherine Terrace, Katherine. The two-story architecturally designed office space is focused on efficiency, sustainability, and harmony with the local environment, setting new standards in commercial leasing and has a projected 300 per cent increase in rental return.
Our Indigenous hub
We have recently established an Indigenous hub at our Casuarina property; a place where like-minded Aboriginal-centred organisations have come together to create a hub of service delivery.
The hub comprises the Territory Credit Union, North Australia Aboriginal Family Legal Service, APO NT, AIG and our Darwin-based Remote Laundries project unit.
